With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, I am proud to serve as Practice Manager and continue doing what I love every day. My career has allowed me to meet incredible people, and the friendships I’ve formed with patients over the years are truly one of the greatest rewards of this profession.  Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and am thrilled to be welcoming my first grandchild in Spring 2026. At home, my kitty BB is my loyal sidekick and the best way to start every morning.  
I am an active member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, and much of my expertise in dental insurance stems from ongoing education, professional classes, and participation in online industry forums.  Traveling is one of my favorite pastimes—especially trips to Florida and the Outer Banks. I’m also passionate about my side business as an Independent Scentsy Consultant, so don’t be surprised if you catch a little whiff of something wonderful when you walk into our office. 

Hi there, I am Becky Manship and I have had the privilege of employment as a dental hygienist at 613 Dutchman’s Lane for 35 years (I started when I was 10 🙂 ). I graduated from the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery in 1988, married my high school sweetheart in 1989 and we have lived in Denton, my home town, all of our married life.  Together we have been blessed with wonderful careers and two great sons. In 2022, our oldest son and our terrific daughter-in-law, enhanced our world as we became “Honey Bee and Pop-Pop”!  They blessed us again in 2025 and now we have two beautiful granddaughters.  
When, not in the office, we enjoy worshipping and volunteering at our church, family time spent boating and at the beach and love traveling through the United States.  Our lives were once filled with many hours of coaching and volunteering as you could have found us on the soccer, football, and baseball side lines but now we enjoy time in the back yard with “our girls”. 
My life has been enriched by my career, first with Dr. Jack Bishop for 25 years and now with Dr. Jared Nave. I have absolutely loved meeting and creating lifetime friendships with my patients, working with a great team of friends that have became family and offering quality dental care. I have been blessed by my dental career and am thankful for all of the joy it has brought to my life. 

Hi!!  My name is Brea, and I am a dental hygienist here at Nave Family Dentistry, where I take pride in helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Every day, I strive to create a welcoming environment where my patients feel truly cared for. My passion for dental hygiene stems from a desire to educate others and make a positive impact on their overall well-being. Growing up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland shaped my love for close-knit communities and rural living.

Today, I’m grateful to still call this beautiful area home. I live with my boyfriend, Wyatt, who has been my biggest supporter. We share our home with our sweet Lemon Beagle named Luke.  I also enjoy staying active in my community outside of the dental office. I work part-time at Clayton Farms, a local market and greenhouse, as well as the new Eden Town Brewery in Denton. These roles allow me to connect with people while also supporting my favorite local small businesses.

 I am a dental hygienist with eight years of experience, and I currently enjoy working part-time with Dr. Nave, to keep a healthy balance between my career and family life. I’m passionate about providing gentle, personalized care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. Outside of the office, my world revolves around my husband, our two daughters, and our family dog. In my free time, I love being with my girls and spending quality time together as a family, whether we’re relaxing at home or enjoying simple outings. Finding joy in both my profession and my family life is what keeps me grounded and fulfilled.

 Hello, I’m an Eastern Shore Native that began my career as a dental assistant in 2012 after graduating from the program at Chesapeake College. With more than a decade of experience, i am proud to be a part of the team at Nave Family Dentistry where I am dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.

I enjoy being out in nature, kayak fishing, or traveling off of the shore to ski some slopes and rock out at live metal concerts. When I’m not out and about, I enjoy cozy gaming at home with my two dogs and corn snake. 

My name is Lily, I earned my Certificate in Dental Assisting from the Chesapeake Community College program and joined this amazing team shortly after. I truly love helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their visit. Making a positive difference in someone’s experience means so much to me, and I’m grateful to work with a team that shares the same commitment to patient care. I’m also excited to continue growing my skills as I work toward my goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family or relaxing at home with my two cats and dog while getting into new shows.
